Production
The production lead time is 2 to 3 business days (due to Covid-19, further restrictions and/or delays may be imposed). We will notify you once your order is ready from production and is on its way to the courier service.
Please note: the above dates are estimates, if we are encountering an unusually high volume of orders, a delay of an additional 1- 2 day may occur. While we apologise for any delays, MMG Art Gallery will not be responsible for any delays caused by force Majeure.
Shipping and Delivery
We provide worldwide shipping to most countries with UPS being our trusted delivery partner. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically during check out. We offer free shipping on orders over 1500 USD.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, print size and quantity, and take approximately 2 -7 business days from end of production date (due to Covid-19, further restrictions and/or delays may be imposed).

Customs Inspection, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspection and liable for duties and taxes on importation into the destination country.
Each customer is responsible for paying any fees, duties or taxes which are levied in the destination country with regards to their shipment.
Terms and Conditions for Returns, Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
There will be no cancellations, exchanges or refunds unless the product is defected. If the item is damaged during delivery, the customer has a maximum of 3 working days from delivery to request a replacement, after which no return can be processed. The customer will be required to email photo proof of damage and has 10 working days from date of delivery to fulfil the return ensuring the art is repacked in its original packaging and condition. If these terms are not fulfilled, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. The item will only be exchanged with a replacement of the exact product, unless it is out of stock, in which case the customer will be entitled to a full refund via your original method of payment. MMG Art Gallery will be responsible for return package costs and will get in touch to organize collection.
Intellectual property
All items featured in the artwork including talent, location, artists and their usage rights are the property of the photographers themselves. MMG Art Gallery only acts as a representative agent.
